Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many students entered training as a (a) nurse, (b) midwife and (c) GP in each of the last five years.
The following table shows the number of nursing and midwifery students entering training in England in each of the last five academic years for which data is available.
