The report from the independent working group on the regulation of property agents, chaired by Lord Best, has been published at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/regulation-of-property-agents-working-group-report .  The Government is considering the recommendations in the report alongside the report from Cambridge University on service charges. We believe that service charges should be transparent and communicated effectively, and that there should be a clear route to challenge or redress if things go wrong.
