Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many firms have been prosecuted in Northern Ireland for employing staff who did not have a legal right to be in the UK since 1 January 2015.

Immigration Enforcement, Criminal & Financial Investigation (CFI) prosecutes individuals not companies.
In Northern Ireland Since 01 January 2015, CFI have prosecuted 2 individuals for the offence of ‘employing an adult subject to control who had not been granted leave to enter / remain in UK’.
