Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether his Department has undertaken an impact assessment of the effect of introducing a UK passports only queue at airports.

The Government is undertaking a wide range of ongoing analysis in support of our EU exit negotiations and preparations.

While we cannot comment on detailed planning, Government departments are working together across a range of complex issues to develop our future approach at the border. These options will be kept under review in light of negotiations with the EU.
