Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what plans are in place for that national roll-out of the digital interventions being piloted as part of the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme digital stream.

The national provider framework for the provision of ‘Healthier You: The NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme’ is expected to be re-tendered during 2018/19. Delivery of the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme through remote and digital means is expected to form part of the service delivery requirements under the new Framework.
