To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what information his Department holds on the recipients of business rates relief.

The Department collects information about the amount of relief awarded by local authorities. The National Non Domestic Rates 1 (NNDR1) statistical return collects information about the value of forecast relief for the forthcoming financial year and the National Non Domestic Rates 3 statistical return collects information on the value of outturn reliefs for the financial year just passed. The NNDR1 Supplementary form collects information about the number of recipients of business rates reliefs. These data are published on the Department's website at the link below:
