As a way of stopping new HIV infections, the United Kingdom is committed to the United Nations 95-95-95 targets which state that by 2030: 95% of all people living with HIV will know their HIV status; 95% of all people with diagnosed HIV infection will receive sustained antiretroviral therapy; and 95% of all people receiving antiretroviral therapy will have viral suppression.
