NHS England has advised that these data are not collected centrally and is a matter for each clinical commissioning group locally.

NHS England further advises that the National Health Service complaints regulations do not impose timescales for responding to complaints. It is expected that the time allocated to investigate and respond to a complaint should be proportionate to its complexity however it is expected that a response should be received within six months of the date the complaint was received unless agreement for a longer period is received from the complainant.
