Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what guidance applies to former Government special advisers using their previous civil service job titles in subsequent commercial activities.

The Special Adviser Code of Conduct and Model Contract for Special Advisers also include ongoing obligations that former Special Advisers are expected to observe after their employment.
