Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what assessment he has made of the effect of setting local housing allowance rates at the 20th percentile of market rents on (a) levels of arrears in the private rented sector, (b) viability in the buy-to-let sector and (c) affordability for working families with children.

No assessment has been made at the 20^th percentile.
