To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what discussions the Government has had with the representatives of the devolved administrations on shared principles for environmental protection after the UK leaves the EU.

Ministers and officials have met regularly with counterparts from the devolved administrations to discuss the issues surrounding the UK leaving the EU. This has included discussing the question of shared principles for environmental protection after the UK leaves the EU.
