Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many people received relief from corporation tax on land remediation relief in (a) 2015-16, (b) 2016-17 and (c) 2017-18.

HMRC estimates that companies made 1310 claims for land remediation relief for 2015‑16. Information on claims for 2016-17 and 2017-18 is not yet available.
