Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what proportion of new maps produced this year by the Rural Payments Agency is being disputed by CAP claimants.

The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) have reviewed and updated over 2 million parcels to bring the information in line with EU requirements. As of 23 March the RPA had received and reviewed 527 forms to request changes to the updates and of these 48 forms required action to make corrections to the mapping updates.
