Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether NHS trusts and foundation trusts are able to charge private patients prices that are lower than those set out in the national tariff.

National prices for the National Health Service are set through the national tariff. This does not apply to procedures for private patients.
