Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 26 January 2022 to Question 106778 on Employment: Bullying and Harassment, what steps a person can take to seek restitution to tackle bullying in their workplace that may not be covered by existing legislation relating to protected characteristics.
