Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 26 January 2022 to Question 106778 on Employment: Bullying and Harassment, what steps a person can take to seek restitution to tackle bullying in their workplace that may not be covered by existing legislation relating to protected characteristics.

We have published guidance that sets out the steps that employees can take if they are experiencing bullying or harassment at work, which is available at:
