Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what the timetable is for her Department to update the personal independence payment assessment guide following the judgment of RF v Secretary of State for Work And Pensions [2017] EWHC 3375 (Admin) (21 December 2017).
