Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, with reference to pages 6 and 7 of the HMRC Code of Practice 26, how much in tax credits overpayments has been written off due to error on the part of HMRC in each tax year from 2013-14 to 2016-17 inclusive.

The following table outlines the value of tax credit overpayments written off due to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) official error in each tax year between 2013-14 and 2016-17.
