We have provided no such guidance.

NHS England has issued general guidance to National Health Service organisations on the sale of advertising space to generate additional income. The guidance is clear that third party advertisements should not suggest that the NHS endorses or recommends the advertiser’s goods or services. This guidance is available at the following link:

Patients who choose to pay for additional private care or services, such as private hearing aid services, will not lose their entitlement to NHS services, which remain free at the point of delivery.
