Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment he has made of the effect of excluding the daily living component of Personal Independence Payment, the care component of DLA, Attendance Allowance and disability premiums in social security means-tested benefits from income for the purpose of charging for care in community on (a) the quality of life and incomes levels among social care recipients, including people with disabilities of working age with high support needs and (b) local authority budgets.
