Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many tribunal hearings for appeals against the refusal of disability benefits have been attended by presenting officers; and how many of the original tribunal decisions were (a) upheld and (b) overturned since 1 April 2017.
