Question to the Department for International Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, pursuant to the Answer of 19 December 2017 to Question 119374, if the Government will introduce a motion to be considered in Government time to set up a parliamentary select committee to scrutinise statutory instruments introduced by his Department.

The Government has no such plans. The organisation of parliamentary Committees is a matter for Parliament.
