Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many women were given out-of-court disposals in each of the last five whole reporting years, broken down by nationality of offender and type of disposal for each nationality.

The information requested is not held centrally. The Home Office collects and publishes data on the number of crimes recorded by the police in England and Wales resulting in an out of court disposal. It is not possible to tell from these data the number of offenders there were (one crime could have more than one offender) or their gender or nationality of the offender. Information on offenders is the responsibility of the Ministry of Justice.
