Access to Open Banking Application Programming Interfaces is primarily a decision for the Open Banking Implementation Entity. The Open Banking Implementation Entity currently have no plans to allow third parties wishing to perform account aggregation services, that are not registered as Account Information Service Providers, to gain access to the Open Banking APIs. There have been no discussions with the Financial Conduct Authority and the Open Banking Implementation Entity on changing this position
