Bristol Airport: Road Traffic

Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether the Government has undertaken an impact assessment of the potential effect of the extra Bristol Airport runway on traffic in Bath and North East Somerset.
This question was answered on 14th February 2022
The Government is supportive of airports across the UK making best use of their existing runways.
The decision on the Bristol Airport planning appeal was made by an independent Planning Inspector following a Public Inquiry which considered the traffic and environmental impacts.
