Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the implications for his policies of the letter to the Minister for the Northern Powerhouse and Local Growth from the Metro Mayor Liverpool on the Mersey Gateway Tolls, dated 4 December 2017.

Tolling of the Mersey Gateway Bridge is the responsibility of Halton Borough Council.
