Question to the Department for International Development:
To ask the Secretary of State for International Development, to which legislation her Department has applied the Family Test, published in August 2014.

The Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 2017 and the International Development (Official Development Assistance Target) Act 2015 are the two pieces of development legislation passed since the Family Test was introduced. The impact of both pieces of legislation at the specific level of the family is small and indirect, and therefore the Family Test was not applied in either case.
