Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what recent assessment he has made of the adequacy of provision of treatment for people diagnosed with Giant Cell Arteritis.

Patients with Giant Cell Arteritis are covered by Specialised Rheumatology services which are organised into networks of care which include considering access to specialised drug therapies.
