Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what discussions his Department has had with (a) Ofcom and (b) the Phone-paid Services Authority on call connection service access to the helplines his Department provides.

Before engaging with Ofcom or the Phone-paid Services Authority, the Department for Work and Pensions is initiating discussions with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport to discuss our approach.
