Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many children were (a) killed and (b) seriously injured in (i) 2014, (ii) 2015 and (iii) 2016 in road accidents in which they were not restrained by a child car seat.
This question was answered on 1st December 2017
The Department for Transport does not collect information on the number of children that were killed or seriously injured in reported road accidents in which they were not restrained by a child car seat.
