Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many and what proportion of staff in agencies sponsored by his Department are working from home.

On the 13^th November 2020, for the agency of the Office of the Public Guardian, 1,340 staff, which equates to 81% of their headcount were working from home. For the agency of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, 200 staff which equates to 94% of their headcount that would have been working on that day, were working from home. For the agency of the Legal Aid Agency, 1,159 staff which equates to 93% of their headcount were working from home.
