Industrial Health and Safety: Pregnancy

Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, pursuant to the Answer of 12 January to Question 98936 on Industrial Health & Safety: Mothers, what the timetable is for the Health and Safety Executive amending its guidance on Protecting New and Expectant Mothers at Work to explicitly state that an employer must undertake an individual risk assessment where a woman has notified her employer that she is pregnant, has given birth or is breastfeeding.
