As outlined in the guidance on new national restrictions, registered childcare and other childcare activities (including wraparound care) will be able to remain open under the national restrictions coming into effect from 5 November, where this is reasonably necessary to enable parents to work, seek work, attend education or training, or for the purposes of respite care. Some youth support services, including one-to-one youth work and support groups, may also continue to operate.
