Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, when the Overseas Territories Joint Ministerial Council will be held in 2017; and what the agenda is for that meeting.

The Overseas Territories Joint Ministerial Council will be held on 28 – 29 November. Items currently on the agenda for discussion include: disaster relief and recovery; environment and climate change resilience; sustainable economic development; child safeguarding; tax transparency and beneficial ownership; and implications for the Overseas Territories of EU Exit.
