Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 21 January 2022 to Question 106717 on Clandeboye Agencies: Protective Clothing, what steps he has taken to investigate reports of the resale of gowns purchased from Clandeboye Agencies on the open market at lower than purchase cost.

We are not investigating claims of personal protective equipment (PPE) being resold. We are providing free PPE to health and care settings and expect recipients to use the items for their intended use.
