Question to the Scotland Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, what assessment he has made of the effect of Northern Ireland's additional funding on the operation of the Barnett Formula.

The procedure for funding the devolved administrations is set out in the Statement of Funding Policy; the Barnett Formula applies to changes in UK Government spend on devolved matters in England.
