Entitlement to State Pension is not reduced when a pensioner goes abroad. UK State Pension is paid worldwide to those who satisfy the qualifying conditions. However annual increases are restricted to UK pension recipients who are ordinarily resident in Great Britain and in countries overseas where there is a legal requirement to up-rate for example EEA countries and countries and territories where there is a reciprocal agreement that allows for up-rating.
