Gambling regulation is a matter for the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and the Gambling Commission. The DCMS are currently undertaking a review of the Gambling Industry, and expect to publish a consultation document shortly. As the DCMS develops policy in this area, HM Treasury will work closely with them to establish the fiscal effect.
