Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether non-UK EEA nationals employed by HM Revenue and Customs will be subject to changes to their terms and conditions of employment after the UK leaves the EU.

HMRC will follow the UK government policy on how to treat non-UK EEA national employees following the departure of the UK from the EU.
