Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, how many people who are paying (a) council tax for the first time and (b) higher council tax as a result of the changes to council tax on 1 April 2017 have received a court summons for non-payment to date.
