Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, when he expects the independent review on building regulations and fire safety to publish guidance.

It is expected that the review will present an interim report to the Communities Secretary and the Home Secretary before the end of the year, and a final report no later than Spring 2018. The Government will consider and respond to Dame Judith Hackitt’s recommendations.
