Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what Schedule 4 compensation payments have been made by Network Rail to train operators on the Great Western Mainline as a result of electrification of the line.

The Department does not hold details of the timing, number or value of such payments, which are a commercial matter between the parties directly concerned, overseen by the Office of Rail and Road.
