Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will take steps to ensure that a Passenger Assistant is compulsory on bus transport for vulnerable and adolescent teenagers provided by Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

We have no plans to do so and we have not issued any such guidance.
