Entertainment should be fully accessible for all. Cinema predates sound, and with 1 in 6 British adults suffering from hearing loss it should be a necessary requirement for everyone to have access to. People of all ages use subtitles. Many streaming websites do NOT have subtitles despite being used by older members of the public.

During a time of self-isolation this is more crucial as we are encouraging the more vulnerable to stay inside - give them access to all entertainment!
