Neutering of all cats and dogs should a legal requirement and government funded.

Breeders must be approved and registered and limited to certain number of litters per animal. All neutering to be government funded and a legal requirement. Money used from charities/rescue centres as the number of unwanted animals should lessen due to responsible breeding.

We put to sleep approximately 8000 dogs per year in rescue centres. That’s after any trauma, cruelty and torture they have already endured, they then spend their last days lonely, confused and abandoned.
It’s not fair and it’s not right!!!!
